Llys Cerios (Phase 1) Living Accommodation Refurbishment

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board were looking to refurbish two vacant flats within the residential accommodation on the site at Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor. Adeiladwyr Mon Cyf were appointed as Principal Contractors for Phase 1 of the Llys Y Cerios project which was delivered on time to specification and within budget. The contract was delivered over a period of 15 weeks, commencing from 22nd March 2021 and reaching completion by July 2021.
